Brave is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Account Executive to join our Client Services team. This entry-level role is designed to support our Account Manager in delivering exceptional marketing solutions to our clients. You’ll be an integral part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping to ensure that our clients’ needs are met with creativity, precision and impact. While you’ll be working closely with the Account Manager, we value independence and there will be times when you’ll need to take ownership of projects and drive them forward on your own.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Account Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for clients, ensuring we meet or exceed their expectations.
* Support client communication, including organising and coordinating meetings, preparing reports and providing project updates.
* Help manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
* Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless execution of client projects.
* Assist with preparing client proposals, contracts and other key documents, ensuring all details are accurate and clear.
* Stay up to date with marketing trends and industry developments, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
