Description
* Providing comprehensive HR support to the site
* Assisting with recruitment, training and development initiatives.
* Handling employee relations and grievances.
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
* Participating in performance management processes.
* Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinating and implementing office health and safety measures.
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
* HR generalist experience with the ability to work stand alone onsite
* Have worked in a manufacturing environment ideally in a shift/rostered environment
* CIPD Level 5 or working towards
* A strong understanding of UK employment law.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive and professional approach to tasks.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
