Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential criteria
1. Willing to professionally develop and undertake further development / training as identified to meet the needs of the service, including Trust Band 3 Extended Skills programme and Care Certificate.
Desirable criteria
2. Completed the Care Certificate
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
3. Good IT skills
4. Ability to use own initiative within sphere of responsibility
Desirable criteria
5. Previous experience of working in health and social care with clients with complex needs, or living with dementia
6. Previous experience working in a hospital or care home setting
Personal Qualities and Attributes

7. Ability to use own initiative within sphere of responsibility
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
