You will be involved in developing, governing and delivering building performance strategies from inception, through to hand over for buildings and property portfolios. The culture of this consultancy is both supportive and collaborative, bringing together the very best elements of working for a large company, such as structured career progression and interesting projects of all scales but yet maintaining a close knit team.The Role- Senior Sustainability ConsultantPrepare, present and deliver building performance appraisals (energy, carbon & comfort) across existing and new-build propertiesDevelopment of digital models and bespoke assessment toolsAssist with producing technical briefing notes and reportsAssist project stakeholders with wider issues relating to sustainabilityExperience and Skills RequiredBSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Building Services, Architecture or similar Understanding of the built environment with experience in a similar roleExperience in IESve softwareAble to produce verbal and written reports Working knowledge of the integration of building physics scopes with UK Building Regulations Part L & Part O, planning policy and BREEAM.
