Our client is a mobile communications company with offices based in Malvern and Chester. They help businesses address their communication challenges using its market-leading business mobile messaging SaaS platform - Messenger.
They are looking for a passionate and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join their Pre-Sales Team and deliver and implement multi-channel cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand core solutions and be able to identify the most appropriate products for clients based on their requirements.
2. Work closely with the new business sales team and account management team to support with pre- and post-sales technical information regarding the core products.
3. Confidently present complex sales material either online or in a client setting and be able to simultaneously gauge key areas of client interest.
4. Document technical solutions and create customer proposals based on client requirements and the products of best fit.
5. Act as a technical point of contact to support clients through the implementation of their solution, liaising with the appropriate delivery teams.
The Must haves:
1. Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to network and build rapport with clients.
2. A strong technical experience and the ability to co-author complex documents.
3. Confident speaker who is practiced in supporting the delivery on high-value pitches to clients.
4. Effective organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume and variety of projects.
The Nice to haves:
1. Good understanding of mobile/internet technologies.
2. Hands-on ability to configure/build client demo applications.
3. Curious and creative mind that is applied to future technologies.
