Duties:
1. Being the principal point of contact for all VIP clientele assigned to you whilst offering the highest level of customer service within a face to face environment
2. Managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and travel experience.
3. Understanding of hotel contracts / airline rules / general tour op operations
4. Communicating with support staff to ensure clear process for booking, invoicing, and ticketing is maintained
5. Being target and sales focused and activity working to achieve KPI’s and sales targets set
6. Actively network to build business within the local area to gain business exposure

7. Confidence in dealing with clients on all levels within a face to face environment
8. Insight and interest in high-end/luxury providers within hospitality services.
9. Ability to build a rapport with customers and deliver high levels of customer service.

11. Travelled extensively worldwide
12. Significant experience working as a luxury travel consultant
