As Contract Administrator you'll be:
* Supporting the Operational team with various administration tasks.
* Preparing quality weekly/monthly reports, new starter packs; ordering of materials and consumables; input of timesheets and hours of staff in the wages system.
* Involved with the control and delivery of the staff rosters and assisting with correct manning levels ensuring compliance is always maintained.
* Managing absence and holiday records including sickness and annual leave for all direct reports.
* Reporting all accidents/incidents ensuring all key personnel are fully informed and that the completion of incident and accident reporting documents is carried out as per company procedure.
* Ensuring performance reviews and Toolbox Talks are completed as per company policy.
* Supporting the identification of training needs and ensuring accurate site records are maintained at all times.
As Contract Administrator you'll have:
* A clear understanding of delivering cleaning services.
* Good knowledge of MS Office programs including Excel.
* Strong customer focus, self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, well organized with an attention to detail.
* Flexible/supportive team player.
* Ability to work effectively and flexibly within a busy, dynamic working environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
