Strategic positioning and development of our market leading loyalty programme ensuring it is continuously improving to drive brand love, differentiation and is the way that we drive engagement with the Tesco Group ecosystem.
You will be responsible for
* Identifying strategic customer opportunities based on insight; engage senior team members to scope projects
* Leading and crafting large scale customer proposition projects - Ensuring that Tesco and the team is aware of and clear on the implications of all relevant competitor developments across the dedication industry
* Owning end-to-end dedication customer journeys. Balancing customer needs, business needs and partner needs to make improvements to them - Defining and developing existing and new dedication propositions
* Establishing and controlling a method for developing, reviewing and improving propositions
* Leading the team of Clubcard Proposition Managers, coaching and developing, crafting a strong team culture
* Building strong working relationships inside and outside the Membership and Dedication team with peers and senior partners -
* Collaborating with key team members to uphold the Clubcard brand in all communications and proposition development
* Own key agency relationships, in particular BBH
* Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
* Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
* Forecasting and handling my budgets successfully, always being cost conscious.
You will need
Operational skills relevant for this job:
* Proposition and strategy development
* Commercial and business sense
* Communication (inc sophisticated issues in a simple way)
* Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building!
* Teamwork and influence Robust analytical skills Test and learn trial design!
Experience relevant for the job:
* Proposition development and management
* Delivery of major national or international propositions / business change
* A passion for delivering a magical experience to the customer
* An ability to work under pressure and handle both upstream and downstream

* Annual bonus scheme of up to 45% of base salary

* 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years’ service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave
