**Associate Dentist Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team at Green & Green Dental Surgery in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled dentist to work in a well-established practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team of clinicians and support staff, providing a wide range of dental services to patients of all ages. The role will involve working on a Monday to Friday basis, with regular meetings with the Practice Manager and dedicated clinical team to ensure that you stay on track with your UDA targets and receive support with the operational management of the practice.
As an Associate Dentist at Green & Green Dental Surgery, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through our comprehensive training and development programmes, as well as access to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You will also be supported by a highly experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists across the area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* To provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, working closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* To work collaboratively with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
* To participate in regular meetings with the Practice Manager and clinical team to discuss patient care, treatment plans, and any issues arising.
**Requirements:**
* Basic knowledge of UK dentistry law and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
