The Role The Payroll Manager will be based at a state-of-the-art office on the marina, which includes an on-site gym. We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient processing of the end-to-end payroll process. This role will manage and run the Group payroll function, ensuring each stage of the payroll process is actioned and appropriate information is communicated to HMRC, pension provider and other relevant bodies. Key Responsibilities: Management of end-to-end payroll for the Group Ability to lead a systems integration, ensuring seamless transfer of data and payment for employees Managing all calculations and deductions including SSP, SMP and holidays Managing all RTI and HMRC reporting Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in a similar environment Exposure to payroll systems implementation iTrent systems experience is desirable, but not essential Exposure to managing all aspects of payroll Excellent knowledge of relevant statutory payments and HMRC reporting Strong stakeholder management and customer service capability when engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally Please note all direct applications will be forwarded to Identify Talent
