Job Summary
My clients are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen understanding of the property market.
Duties
1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property sales and lettings.
2. Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits to potential tenants.
3. Prepare and present property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible outcomes.
5. Maintain an organised database of properties, clients, and leads for efficient follow-up.
6. Provide administrative support by preparing contracts, conducting background checks, and coordinating with other relevant parties.
7. Stay informed about market trends, local developments, and changes in legislation affecting property transactions.
8. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation within the property sector is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
3. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
4. Proficient in administrative tasks including document preparation and record keeping.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
6. A valid driving licence is required for property viewings across various locations in the Larkfield and surrounding area.
