The Central Sales Manager is responsible for steering and optimization of all special order vehicles, including bespoke & collection cars and new model introduction. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for new Model Introduction readiness Operational Support Process optimization Lead stakeholder within the Bespoke Community Work with market performance team to ensure high service levels What we’re looking for University degree in Business, Economics, or related field Automotive/luxury market experience Qualifications: Numeric and IT literacy, strong Excel skills Language skills preferred Project management skills International experience advantageous Commercial/financial experience Project management skills Strong leadership and relationship-building experience Ability to manage conflicting priorities What we offer Competitive hourly rate along with annual performance related bonus Hybrid working model 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Access to subsidised restaurant Hybrid parking onsite
