We are looking for passionate individuals who are able to demonstrate empathy, person-centred care and the ability to cope in challenging situations. Good communication and de-escalation skills are essential. Knowledge, experience and awareness of mental health conditions/supporting people with behaviours that challenge and therapeutic interventions for the same are required. You will in return be part of a dynamic, professional and supportive team committed to providing high standards of care and also committed to the on-going training and development of our Bank Enhanced Care Support Workers. You will work under the direction of a specialist mental health practitioner with access to regular individual supervision. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive mental health induction to help enhance your skills and knowledge. You must be physically able to undertake our managing challenging behaviour training, for which you will be paid.
