To advise and support line managers in the application and implementation of HR policies, procedures and terms & conditions of
employment. To support the HR team in delivering a professional HR service and facilitate a positive and legally compliant working
environment. Role model Ascent’s values and build effective working relationships with stakeholders to provide support and guidance
on all HR matters. You will be digitally curious love HR systems and enjoy being part of a small HR team
You will enjoy and have experience of working independently as a HR advisor, be Level 5 qualified (or have extensive experience of managing a range of HR cases including ER and recruitment) with flexibility to travel to other sites as required.
This is a fixed term contract of 18 months and will be on a part time basis of 24 hours per week.
