As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the way automotive dealerships engage with customers. By leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and strategies, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring their success, and driving measurable business growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across automotive dealerships and groups.
* Strategic Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals through our innovative video platform and customer success methodologies.
* Proactively Optimize Performance: Monitor client health using KPIs(NRR) and analytics, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and retention.
* Champion Engagement: Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, reduce churn, and promote adoption of advanced features.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences and innovative solutions.
* Stay Ahead: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, dealership operations, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
What You’ll Need:
* Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
* Industry Expertise: +5 Years of proven experience in the automotive or marketing and/or SaaS industry with a deep understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing.
* Customer Success Mindset: Experience with SaaS platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, CMS), with a focus on driving client satisfaction and retention.
* Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.
* Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
* Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying and addressing client challenges.
