Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. - Assist in the preparation of the dining room, ensuring it is set to the highest standards. - Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and address any guest inquiries. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. - Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. - Manage table settings and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area. - Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and efficiency. - Support and train junior staff members as required. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role in a fine dining environment. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. - Knowledge of food and wine pairings is an advantage. - Own transport is essential due to the location. - Availability to work 48 hours per week, Wednesday to Saturday. - Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
