Job Title: Desktop support level 1/1.5

Duration: 6 month contract
Rate: £115 per day via umbrella as role is inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including hardware and software issues.
* Manage and support Windows 10/11 environments and related software and applications.
* Support and troubleshoot mobile devices, particularly BlackBerry and iPhones.
* Build, configure, replace, and troubleshoot EUC (End User Computing) hardware components.
* Perform data backup and recovery tasks.
* Work within virtual, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and VPN environments.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure clear, effective communication with end users.
* Adhere to ITIL processes and work within an ITIL environment.
Skillset required
Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains
Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes
Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications
Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones
