Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
As an Ethernet Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of Ethernet products to our partners, with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience through the order journey.
Your key role will be as the interface between our suppliers and channel partners, managing communications about key milestones and progress of new orders and changes to existing services.
1. Manage your individual workload of customer orders including complex deliveries.
2. Proactively assess risks and escalate to ensure customer services are delivered within SLAs and product scope.
3. Act as a key conduit between our suppliers, internal teams and channel partners – manage communication about order progress and milestones.
4. Identify any critical issues and re-prioritise your tasks effectively.
5. Challenge and ask questions to provide service improvement ideas.
6. Work within a great team – supporting each other where needed and be confident asking questions.
7. Build strong relationships with contacts internally, from our suppliers and with our partners.
What you’ll need
