Finishing Foreperson Required for Northwest Industrial Scheme - Immediate Start Your new company Hays Construction are currently representing a client who requires the services of a skilled Finishing Foreperson to join them on their latest project. This firm has been established for over 30 years, delivering medium-scale design & build works across a range of sectors. They regularly carry out works in commercial, residential, healthcare, education, sports & leisure. This is a family run firm with ethical and personable values. They require a Finishing Foreperson to oversee the internals package of an industrial scheme, initially on a temporary basis. Your new role Due to a busy orderbook, this contractor requires an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join them for an initial 2-month period, delivering internal finishes to an industrial extension. As Finishing Foreperson, you will be expected to lead daily briefings, overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operation on the ground. You will be required to have excellent communication skills along with the ability to motivate a site team and subcontractors to maximise productivity each day. You will be responsible for keeping the schedule of works on track, liaising with the project team to ensure client time and budget targets are met, along with upholding health & safety standards. What you'll need to succeed In order to carry out this role to the level expected, you will be required to have excellent technical ability along with being health & safety focused. You will have a proven track record of overseeing fast-paced finishing schemes, whilst lending your expertise to the on-site team to ensure the project is delivered to specification.
