We are working with a well-established and market leading logistics and warehousing company, and they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business on a 6-month Fixed Contract to start ASAP.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office / on-site and 2 days home (although you will fully manage your diary).
The role would be ideal for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, looking for a varied and fast paced role with a well-established business. Responsible for providing HR support on a range of generalist areas, they need candidates who are confident, can hit the ground running and can build relationships and fully support the client group. Ideally candidates will have experience supporting a predominantly blue-collar work force and have some union experience.
Working as part of a busy HR team, the role will support a client group of c350 employees across 2 local sites (Heathrow). The focus of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the HR function and the development, implementation and monitoring of HR processes across the whole of the employment life cycle i.e., from recruitment, end to end ER case management, attendance/ case management and performance matters, through to employee exit.
