Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch

About Our Client:
Our client, an industry leader within the life sciences sector, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Events Administrator to join their Operations team. They are a growing company with ambitious plans for the future and are looking for team members who want to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
1. Organise and coordinate customer events such as exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to maintain company and brand integrity.
2. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.
3. Manage event budgets and logistics including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
4. Collaborate with various teams to deliver engaging experiences for clients.
5. Ensure timely distribution of event materials.
6. Monitor and evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement.
Essential Skills:
1. Experience in event planning or a related field, such as venue management, corporate or private events planning, tourism and hospitality management, non-profit events coordination, catering management, and other similar experiences.
2. Strong organisational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
4. Customer service or client-facing experience.
5. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM databases).
Desirable Skills:
1. Foundation Certificate in Event Management or equivalent.
2. Interest in or scientific background.
