Casual staff can be asked to work any day of the week covering for annual leave and absence as required however hours will mainly be between 3pm – 8pm, Monday to Friday. This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can work in a clean and safe environment every day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate. The Person You will be required to attend a full day Induction Training before starting in post. Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
