SS&C seeks a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join our team. You will be a trusted business partner with the capacity to get things done, through persuasion, collaboration, and effective communication.
You will deliver the compliance monitoring plan, to an agreed timetable. From time to time, you may be called upon to support the Compliance team on other activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake business intelligence to scope out/prepare compliance monitoring terms of reference and set up a plan for delivery of agreed monitoring reviews.
2. Conduct regular monitoring reviews and thematic monitoring reviews; undertake the fieldwork, record evidence, and reach conclusions on the effectiveness of controls.
3. Draft, deliver, and agree monitoring reports with key business stakeholders.
4. Track management actions to satisfactory conclusion.
5. Promote a strong compliant culture within the business.
6. Deliver activities to agreed target dates and high standards of accuracy of data and information.
7. Complete required continued professional development (CPD) and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
1. 5 GCSEs Grade A - C (must include Mathematics and English).
2. Completion or working towards the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
3. Compliance monitoring experience.
4. Fund operations (UCITS/AIFS) experience.
5. Good knowledge of FCA CASS handbook rules.
