In 2025, we will run more than 10 events in London, Sao Paulo, Dubai, Geneva, Malta, Singapore and Miami. We are looking for a conference producer to join our small team in Dorking, Surrey. Our events have great content, brilliant networking and are fun to attend. We are the market leader in our niche and work hard to keep things fresh this could be by inviting speakers with different viewpoints, running quizzes or arranging for a robot to moderate a panel on artificial intelligence. This is an exciting role in a small business with real responsibility and the opportunity to travel. The business is growing fast and there will be opportunities to work on new launches. The role is open now and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible. Key responsibilities Researching agenda topics with our clients and editorial team. Inviting speakers and selling them on the conference. Coordinating speaker sessions including providing all pre-event speaker information, looking after them on the day. Keeping the website and event app updated with agenda and speaker information Virtual events: managing our Town Halls and virtual events including briefing speakers on technical requirements, setting up the virtual platform, etc. Working with sponsors to ensure they get the best exposure at our events during their speaking slot balancing that with the need to keep the content relevant and interesting. Working with sales team on ideas for new topics Launching and researching new events and products Producing podcasts inviting speakers, editing and publishing.
