Office & Client bank reconciliations. Client receipts and electronic payment preparation. Banking of cheques. Credit card postings and reconciliations. Invoice processing and review. Assisting with working capital management write-offs, disbursements and credit note requests. Supplier invoice processing and payments. Expense claim processing and payments. Responding to Finance queries. Assisting with report preparation and distribution e.g., costs and residual balances. Ensuring disbursements are processed efficiently e.g., Companies House, Land registry and property searches. Candidate Profile Prior junior level experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment or similarly fast-paced environment. Evidence of interest in, and commitment to, the success of the firm. Understanding of and commitment to our values. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Numeracy, accuracy, and a high level of attention to detail. Excellent, proven organisational skills. Confident individual with a proactive attitude.
