Job Title: Administrator
Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
Salary: Up to 26K DOE

Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing essential administrative support to their sales teams
2. Creating and managing sales and suppliers invoices
3. Ensuring compliance documentation for temporary workers is up-to-date and accurate
4. Accurately entering data into their CRM accounts
5. Utilising in-house systems to generate operational documentation
6. Maintaining company spreadsheets and databases
7. Interacting with directors and sales managers, completing their ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in administrative roles
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
3. Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
5. A motivated and proactive approach to tasks
6. Strong ability to problem-solve and multitask
