Job Overview
Mainstay IT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Repairs to lead our repairs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the repair process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the repair process, including receiving and prioritizing repair requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution.
* Lead and develop the repairs team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve repair efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze repair data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical or repairs environment.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of repair processes and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive improvement.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
