As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in leading a dynamic team. The Voice Influence and Change Team sits within the Quality & Impact Team and works with Social Care teams across Children’s Services, the Commissioning Service, Education and SEND Service, as well as key partners and stakeholders, such as the Police and Health. As the Service Manager you will maximise the impact of children, young people and family voice on service design and delivery and effectively hold decision-makers to account. The Voice Influence & Change Team will be responsible for organising and developing a range of children, young people, and family participation activities to ensure their voices are heard. Overall, you will be a champion for the voice of children, young people parents and carers, particularly identifying and implementing opportunities to bring their voices, lived and living experiences into future decisions about Warwickshire and the services that support them.
