Their current vacancy would be best suited for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with approximately 5-10 years experience who would thrive under the demands of working on various large scale projects simultaneously, specifically in Retail, Industrial, Energy and Modular off-site and Leisure. They are looking for a meticulous detailer and an individual who prides themselves on ensuring every piece of work with their name on is produced to an impeccable standard. The practice are 100% REVIT based so a good working knowledge is highly desirable alongside having worked on live projects to BIM level 2 standard. You will be exposed to dealing with clients, so an individual who prides themselves on a client-centric approach and an ability to build relationships is key.
To be considered for this exceptional Senior Architectural Technologist role we would hope applicants meet the following Criteria
At least 5-10 years of experience in an Architectural Practice background.
MCIAT or working towards - Support will be provided.
Experience in multiple sectors - Commercial, Industrial, Modular off-site, Leisure & Hospitality, Transportation.
Recognisable qualification such as a Degree in Architectural technology or an HND in Building Studies
Confident job running and client facing skills.
Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
Very good Revit skills, and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
Able to audit the design and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information and record, report and track the close out of these items
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process
Experience in leading meetings on site with the client, design and contractor team
