Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health, and wellness. Oversee the company payroll. Person Specification: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience of processing payroll. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
