Project Manager - East Anglia Area Location: East Anglia area (can be based at Norwich, Lincoln, Corby or Essex. Playing a key part in our drive to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to Love Every Drop are the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance (IMR WRA) who are key to delivering sustainable solutions. Comprising of Anglian Water, Clancy, Claret Civil Engineering, Public Sewer Services and Danaher & Walsh, the IMR WRA manages planned and emergency sewer, rising mains and SMART technology installation as well as maintenance and repair across the region. With the IMR WRA not only increasing in size, but also profile across the Anglian Water network, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Team, to help deliver our large capital programme. What will you be doing as our new Project Manager? The Project Managers will be required to deliver the work stream projects across business units to agreed time, cost and quality, whilst ensuring business ownership through the effective management of stakeholders. In addition to this they will be required to ensure there is effective management and control of the risk, dependencies and delivery planning. Key responsibilities : Produce all required project definition documentation. Identify and agree project deliverables with project work stream sponsors and chairs. Co-ordinate all aspects of the project to ensure principal work streams are effectively integrated to the wider operational change programme and Business Plans. Ensure project resource requirements are identified, negotiated, agreed and deployed in an efficient & effective manner. Define project communication and ensure alignment to overall change communication plan. Manage transition activities as required including: IT, Contractual, Processes, Employees and communication A little bit about your skills and behaviours… Plan, prioritise and organise projects so that deadlines are achieved in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to adapt communication style (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Good understanding of IT including Microsoft packages such Excel to interpret information in a clear and concise way.
