Main duties of the job
You will be working within a niche environment with a supportive team, to facilitate Medical Staffing and to build integral relationships with our Doctors and Dentists on employment related matters.
You will be able to work on your own initiative; being able to creatively draw upon your experience to understand contractual employment matters and interpret effective outputs via systems administration. Your workload will include preparation of complex reports whilst also being able to maintain consistency of workflows for the Medical Workforce team.
You must be able to demonstrate:
1. Education to a Degree level in the relevant field of expertise, or equivalent experience.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
4. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and ability to use other systems, as required.
5. Ability to manage conflicting priorities, working under pressure to meet deadlines

Essential criteria
6. Educated to Degree level in relevant field of expertise or equivalent experience.

7. Project Management qualification e.g., Prince2 or evidence of extensive experience of successfully managing projects.
8. CIPD level 3 qualification with current membership.
