Digital Business Analyst Intelligent Automation and AI Consultancy Remote £43,000 - £64,000 base 20% bonus Job Description Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Digital & application development Projects. Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate in generation of process workflow/process ID card documents in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases. Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels. Conduct weekly review meeting with Business stakeholders to highlight areas of improvement or concerns. Identify issues and risks and document the same as part of Process ID Card/Process Definition Document/Business Requirement Document. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. Conduct Discovery Workshop meeting with Business. Track all project related activities using JIRA and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas. Responsible for both strategic and tactical decisions related to the bank-wide Automation & application development initiatives regarding people, process and projects. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a techno-functional Business Analyst. UX/UI experience Hands-on experience on providing the solution design for Digital Transformation projects Good understanding of banking products and processes across Consumer and Wholesale banking divisions Proficient technical writing capabilities and sufficient analytical skills.
