We are currently looking for a Contracts Managers Assistant:
General Duties include:
Assisting and providing support and cover for the Contracts Manager.
Processing of telephone and email enquiries.
Consulting with clients and suppliers and dealing with general queries.
Preparation of method statements, risk assessments and assist with tenders when required.
Assist with daily work schedules for our operatives, ensuring all paperwork, equipment and site requirements are met, across all areas.
Issue and monitor PPE given to operatives.
Liaise with the accounts department with regards to customer contracts and credit control.
Take responsibility for the day to day running of our fleet of vehicles, including servicing and repairs, liaising with operatives, hire companies etc.
General requirements:
Experience of working within the Construction Industry, including a working knowledge of health and safety.
Must have a clean driving licence.
Ability to demonstrate effective communication and numerical skills and have a working knowledge of computers, including the use of Microsoft Office. Experience of using Sage and Construction Manager systems would be preferred, but training could be given.
CSCS Card – Preferred
Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday with half an hour unpaid break.
