Our client is seeking a confident and experienced administrator to join a successful company. The role is office based and there be some flexibility to work from home. There may be an opportunity to become a property manager in the future.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing maintenance/service contracts for various blocks of flats.
* Where required undertaking site inspections, report on any areas of concern and arrange any necessary minor repairs to be undertaken.
* Assisting the Property Manager with coordinating repairs, maintenance, fire remedial works, and updating the fire risk assessments.
* Maintaining appropriate files and records for the Company supplying copies to clients when requested.
* Booking meeting venues, preparing Notices, and arranging distribution as required.
* Updating the Outstanding Issues spreadsheet following up on various issues by liaising with contractors, clients, and residents as required.
* Assisting the Property Managers in preparing service charge budgets.
* Creating monthly income and expenditure reports to be sent to the clients.
* Creating monthly update reports to be sent to the clients.
* Answering the phone, filing, scanning, photocopying, shredding as required
