JOB SUMMARY To process and co-ordinate sales and order administration for all customers in timely and effective fashion whilst providing support to the Sales Department through actions and the effective implementation of Company objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Obtain all information necessary to provide purchase order numbers Create accurately and timely invoices and forwards to the correct personnel for authorisation Provide stock checks. Provide support where necessary to brought ledger function Update the above with refunds & referrals Maintain communication between Accounts and Sales when it comes to final payments & sending out contracts Update details on internal information system and SAP of sales that have been booked or completed Produce necessary reports from internal information system and SAP which would make up the basis of Cosentino’ s turnover numbers for monthly accounts Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by recording all information in a timely manner and highlighting in advance any issues that may arise from orders/existing accounts Review all orders to ensure that they meet client specifications Place all orders with warehouse operators, stating clearly any additional instructions Keep customers updated with progress of their order/query. Pro-active handling of customers is essential, we will call them before they chase us Create accurate and meaningful reports for the number of orders per customer. Focus on improving market awareness of our product at a retail level through constant communication with clients Manual handling element with the unloading of containers Loading of lorries and warehouse maintenance EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Completed High School or equivalent (at least). Further education would be an advantage. KNOWLEDGE Some Knowledge of Cosentino and Cosentino Products is desirable. Regular user of computers Knowledge of SAP, modules SD and MM English, high level and local language EXPERIENCE At least 3 years of experience in administration workings.
