We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Junior Access Analyst to join our technology team. You'll support the Access team by playing a crucial role in managing our starters and leavers process as well as tracking assets and conducting audits. Key Accountabilities: Conduct weekly desk & meeting room checks ensuring IT equipment is working as expected Accountable for stock levels of IT equipment and maintaining the Access database Creation of accounts for starters, leavers, movers Support the team with software & hardware audits Manage the leavers process to ensure that all IT equipment is returned Conduct new starters welcome calls supporting them to log on to the system and answer queries F ollow the ticket best practice guide making sure tickets and requests are regularly updated What will you need to succeed? IT related qualification or apprenticeship Outstanding customer service skills Passion for technology & learning new skills Good understanding of how a laptop works and the components within it. Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 Strong customer service ethos. Highly motivated and a passion to deliver an outstanding service. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems. Ability to balance workload in a calm and efficient manner First class communications skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels of business Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
