The role involves working from 2pm to 10pm, providing essential support to customers while enjoying a highly competitive salary plus a 10% monthly performance bonus. Key Responsibilities: Servicing, repairing, and maintaining HIU (Heat Interface Units) in residential and commercial properties. Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults related to heating and hot water systems. Carrying out inspections, testing and routine maintenance to ensure efficient performance. Responding to breakdowns and resolving issues promptly to minimise disruption. Advising customers on system usage, maintenance best practices and potential upgrades. Working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service. What We're Looking For: Experience with HIU boilers or a strong plumbing background with transferable skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently on repairs and maintenance.
