Job Description:

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an ambitious Electrical Improver to join our team.
You will be part of our growing solar electrical team carrying out installations across the country for a variety of exciting commercial and industrial clients.
Responsibilities:
* Assist qualified electricians in the installation, maintenance and repair of solar PV systems;
* Support in routing and connecting electrical cables and performing initial system tests under supervision;
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols;
* Continuously learn and develop your electrical skills, with a focus on solar-specific practices;
* Collaborate effectively with the wider project team, contributing to the successful completion of installations;
* Handle tools, equipment and materials responsibly, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use;
* Engage in post-installation checks and preliminary system tests, ensuring everything is in order and reporting any issues through the appropriate channels.
About You:
We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:
* Recognised electrical training or coursework, with a keen interest in advancing in the field;
* Some hands-on experience in electrical work, with a desire to specialise in solar PV;
* Strong commitment to safety and industry best practice;
* Ability to follow instructions diligently and work cohesively in a team;
* Genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainable development;
