A great opportunity has arisen for an accredited Asylum & Immigration Senior Caseworker to join a well-reputed Immigration Law Firm.
They're seeking applications from those who are enthusiastic about helping them to build their firm and services collectively and help to increase access to justice in Nottingham and the surrounding area.
You will have your own caseload, consisting of private and legal aid work.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Accreditation to Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme.
2. Ability to manage own caseload including asylum applications, asylum appeals in both the First Tier and Upper Tribunals, fresh asylum claims, extensions of leave to remain and entry clearance applications.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to provide an excellent level of client care.
5. Excellent file management and compliance skills, including a high level of knowledge of the legal aid rules and Specialist Quality Mark in your day to day working.
6. Highly organised and able to multi-task.
