Company Pension Scheme Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Training & Development Uniform Provided Onsite Parking Company Events The Role: Due to the growth in our cleaning division and the award of a prestigious night time cleaning contract, we are currently looking to recruit a strong, experienced and dynamic Cleaning Manager to oversee the running of this multi-site contract. This rols demands a cleaning Manger with the right attitude, determination and experience to deal with a contract of this magnitude. As the Cleaning Manager, you will be fully accountable for all aspects of the operation including the management of a large team. The role requires a high level of interaction and communication on the ground including attending regular meetings with the client. Strong and effective communication skills are essential. The Person: Have a minimum of two years' experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong and progressive career background within the industry Proven experience of working within multi-site operations Strong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team Confident in liaising with clients as well as leading presentations and meetings Hands on approach in all areas of cleaning Up to date with the latest industry machinery and concepts and be able to demonstrate this knowledge at interview level Genuinely passionate about their field Able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times Clean and valid driving licence - Company vehicle supplied for purposes of role.
