You will have experience of contributing to masterplanning projects from inception to completion with particular emphasis on providing great client service and the delivery of high quality outputs.
The successful candidate will have experience in the production of masterplans and strategic frameworks as well as Design and Access Statements and associated plans for both outline and detailed applications, be highly skilled and creative in their approach, and be confident in how they discuss their ideas through both verbal and written or graphical communication.
A degree in Architecture and/or a post-graduate qualification in Urban Design or relevant discipline is desired with solid experience in UK housing and mixed use projects gained in design, architectural and/or planning consultancies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft packages will be required with 3D computer modelling, rendering, and hand drawing skills desirable.
