In this role, you will:
Manage a diverse caseload of smaller-scale planning applications, including householder applications, minor residential developments, and listed building consents.
Process applications for adverts, works to trees, lawful development certificates, and prior notifications.
Assist with the validation of planning applications.
Collaborate with the Development Management team to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Town Planner with:
A relevant degree, postgraduate diploma, or NVQ Level 6 qualification in planning or a related field.
Eligibility for Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) membership (essential).
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
A genuine passion for enhancing our built environment.
