Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in the Recycle loop. In this role you will play a crucial part in overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional materials for our key products. You will need to have a deep understanding of target audiences and extensive knowledge of relevant product features. As the main liaison between product experts, sales, and marketing, you will contribute to shaping the narrative around our offerings.
Responsibilities
* Interpret market research and apply key findings to the development of marketing materials, influencing messaging and product presentations.
* Conduct a thorough analysis of competitors and their products, identifying strengths and weaknesses to enhance our product positioning and presentation.
* Analyse target groups, understanding their needs, problems, and desires to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate closely with product experts and sales teams across departments, incorporating insights from market and competitor analyses to optimise sales and marketing strategies.
* Develop a compelling narrative for our products, ensuring accuracy and presenting information in a way that resonates with potential customers.
* Play a significant role in the content creation process, providing expertise to support the development of materials such as videos, website copy, blog posts, articles, and slide presentations.
* Take a leading role in product launches, overseeing the launch plan, messaging, and coordination as needed.
* Own product pages on our websites, ensuring they are updated and consider best practices from an SEO perspective.
* Work with the Account Based Marketing Executive to implement PPC campaigns targeting specific products to target personas and sectors.
What we need from you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred, but not essential.
* Previous experience in a Product Marketing role in the B2B sector.
* Project Management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* The ability to analyse relevant information and make informed decisions.
* Strong prioritisation skills, managing tasks and responsibilities effectively across multiple projects.
* Understanding of marketing principles, particularly storytelling and product positioning.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Preferred but not essential: ability to easily commute to Telford. Hybrid or remote working options available, depending on location.
