The Project Manager works closely with the project team and stakeholders and maintains an excellent relationship with subcontractors and clients.\n\nManage project activities throughout the life cycle of the project, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, and budgets;\nAchieve the project budget and complete accurate monthly forecasts;\nAct as primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades and other project stakeholders\nOrganize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams through their efforts to produce deliverables according to specification\nManage internal and/or external contractors or trades\nQualifications:\n\nEight or more years of experience in commercial construction\nFive or more years of direct work experience in construction project management\nFrequent travel to local site and off-site locations as required\nLean Construction understanding, education is an asset\nStrong mentorship and coaching skills\nHigh level of self-awareness, entrepreneurial mindset and established personal values\nUnderstanding of corporate finance and governance\nThe salary range on offer for this role will be C$145-$157,000 (£78k-£85k) + Bonuses + Share options + Benefits\n\nTo qualify for this fantastic opportunity, the successful candidate must have previous experience of delivering £10-£30m projects from start to finish, can demonstrate consistent employment and meet the visa requirements to be able to live and work in Canada – assistance and costs of visas will be met by the company and full advice and guidance will be offered.\n\nThis campaign is just getting underway, and interviews will be held in the UK/virtually, and even in Canada, so if you're ready to start a new life and career in Canada and be part of something meaningful and make a real difference, then get in touch. \n\nReach out to us via, or on (phone number removed).\n\nLegal Information:\n\nWe act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.\n\nFor roles in the UK, applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.\n\nWe value diversity and promote equality.
