Who we need
Estates and Facilities are responsible for the management of the college’s built assets, which are spread across seven campuses within Nottingham. The department delivers the full range of hard and soft estates and facilities services.
We want to improve our service by adding a Mechanical Services Engineer.
The primary purpose of this new role is the smooth delivery of a PPM Contract and the smooth operation of the college’s mechanical services. You will also have the opportunity to work on decarbonisation of the estate, capital development projects, and other projects.
We are seeking a person who can mould this role, be a problem solver, and take pleasure in working with a customer-focused team.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring subject expertise and a willingness to work in a collaborative, supportive, and helpful way. Experience of working in a building services environment, which could be gained as an engineer, maintenance supervisor, tradesperson, designer, or surveyor.
