Are you an experienced IT Systems Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking non-profit organisation based in Nottingham that is looking to add a proactive and technically adept engineer to their team. In this role, you’ll be managing and maintaining critical IT systems, providing hands-on support for Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune. You’ll also work closely with the internal IT team to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage escalated tickets, and ensure compliance with key standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and administer Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and Azure AD.
2. Provide technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and Windows 11 and Android operating systems.
3. Troubleshoot escalated support tickets and resolve complex issues.
4. Ensure security compliance, including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
5. Provide support for software and hardware across the organisation, including IT asset management.
6. Collaborate with the IT team to maintain key systems and deliver excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
1. ITIL4 Foundation certification.
2. Proven experience with Office 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint).
3. Knowledge of Azure AD and Intune.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, mobile phones, and Windows 11 and Android.
5. Experience with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and Data Protection.
6. A background in working within a Service Desk team and managing escalated tickets.
7. Ability to manage your workload independently and work to SLAs.
