The salary for this position is between £39,000 - £44,000, dependent on experience and suitability for the role. There may be scope to exceed this for an exceptional candidate. There is a bonus scheme in operation which accounts for up to £10,000 per year, paid weekly for this plant. The company also offers a further bonus scheme that pays roughly 2% of salary annually. Other benefits include a generous pension scheme and holiday allowances, with a real chance of progression within the organisation.
