The Role – Qualifying Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Championships department as Qualifying Assistant on a temporary contract over the Championship season. The contract will run from early May until mid-August.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and planning support to the Head of Qualifying, R&A Committee members, the Entries Manager and when required Amateur Championships. Work as part of the team to deliver the qualifying events for The Open, AIG Women’s Open and Senior Open by demonstrating attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and robust planning.
This is a full-time, temporary position working 35 hours per week. There may be a requirement for you to travel to events, within GB&I.
Interviews will take place mid/end of March.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* Scottish National 5 qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience working in a role liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
