Your Role
You will be supporting multiple senior stakeholders (at both Vice President and Executive Vice President level) in Capgemini Financial Services. We’re looking to recruit an Executive Assistant (EA) to support them.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, team environment where our clients are our priority, this is the job for you. We are looking for a London-based EA but are open to candidates working near one of our major offices; Glasgow, Manchester, or Liverpool.
You will be joining a supportive, friendly team of EAs who all support and help one another.
* Extensive diary management, with both clients and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies.
* Monitoring and entering of expenses and timesheets using Capgemini’s online system.
* Handling general enquiries and administration duties.
* Occasional preparation and assisting facilitation of team meetings or internal events.
* Assisting with producing documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ensure your senior stakeholders and team are adhering to internal compliance and policies.
Your Profile
* Proven experience of working in a similar role.
* Be highly efficient with Outlook and diary management.
* Strong level of use with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel helpful.
* Able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, autonomy, diplomacy, and discretion.
* Experience within event organization.
* A pro-active and common-sense approach.
* Ability to remain calm under stress and deliver tight deadlines.
* A sensitivity to confidentiality and GDPR.
* Prior experience supporting VPs or senior stakeholders and their teams.
* Great networking skills to foster strong relationships, enabling speedy resolutions.
* Prior experience of working within a professional services or consulting environment would be advantageous.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
